The Viking Daily newsletter showed today's weather forecast as "Rain Showers 86° F" and "Sunrise: 5:47 AM | Sunset: 8:19 PM).
Don woke at 6:00 am (MT already up).
At 7:15, we went to the River Café (Deck 5) for breakfast.
At 9:15, we went to the Explorers' Lounge (Deck 2) for Smartest of the Bunch trivia with Cruise Director Travis.
Then we went out onto the bow (Deck 1) to see the confluence of the Ohio with the Mississippi.

Don took photos of the confluence across the bow from inside the Explorers' Lounge, where this event had interrupted our trivia game.

At 10:15, we went to the Living Room (Deck 1) for "Q&A with our Marine Operations" with Captain Pedro Flores and Chief Engineer Craig Dykes about the facts of the Viking Mississippi.
At 11:00, we stayed in the Living Room (Deck 1) for the Enrichment Lecture "Rolling on the River: How the Mississippi Shaped American Music" with Destination Specialist JP."
At 11:45, we went to the River Café (Deck 5) for lunch.
Then we went back to our stateroom to watch Mass on our laptop.
At 4:00, we went to the Living Room (Deck 1) for the "Majority Rules" trivia game with Cruise Directors Travis and Tristan.
From 4:55 to 5:45, we walked on the Track (Deck 1).
At 6:00, we went to The Restaurant (Deck 1) for dinner.
At 7:15, we went to the Living Room (Deck 1) for Evening Entertainment "Them Ol' Piano Blues."
